How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Contact form data: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details and the content of your message.
- Booking data: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, chosen service, date and drop-off time, and any note you add. Your IP address is stored alongside the record to protect the form from abuse.
- Data from direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or social media.
- Technical data: data required for the operation and security of the website (e.g. IP address in server logs).
- Traffic statistics: with your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about how the site is used.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, nor data relating to children under 16.

4. Retention
Enquiry and booking data is kept for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, or after the appointment date, unless a business relationship arises from it. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by tax and accounting legislation. Google Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be accessible to service providers performing technical work for us (website maintenance, mail server, accounting), strictly to the extent necessary for that work.
If you accept statistical cookies, usage data is processed through Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). Any transfer outside the EU takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights

Send requests to info@pv-katic.hr. We respond within one month at the latest. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access limited to people who need it for their work.
